Performance-Based Decision Making for Asset Management: A New TAC Publication

TAC’s new report Performance-Based Decision Making for Asset Management: Lessons Learned and Practitioner Toolkit summarizes current practices in performance-based decision making, describes lessons learned by pioneering Canadian agencies, and presents a toolkit of ways for practitioners to make better asset management decisions.

During this webinar, the publication’s lead author will provide an overview of the report and the guidance it offers for comparing the value of possible investments in different asset classes such as road, or bridge infrastructure.

Dr. Jeannette Montufar, MORR Transportation Consulting

Jeannette has more than 20 years of international experience in road safety, active transportation, and traffic engineering and freight systems, including nearly 15 years as a professor in Civil Engineering at the University of Manitoba. She is the current Chair of TAC’s Technology Council, and has received many local, national, and international awards for her contributions to transportation engineering and engineering education.
