Friday, June 14, 2024

The Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) is pleased to announce a new publication, Road Pricing in Canada: Opportunities and Challenges. The report will help readers understand the potential benefits and obstacles associated with the use of road pricing in Canadian jurisdictions as a tool to generate revenue, alleviate congestion, and manage the environmental, economic and social outcomes of transportation systems.

“This report is a meaningful step toward a broader, shared understanding of the opportunities and challenges that road pricing can offer the transportation sector. With its release, Canadian practitioners now have a report that presents lessons learned internationally about road pricing that can be applied in our own context. Road Pricing in Canada: Opportunities and Challenges will help readers looking for knowledge and best practices in the pursuit of bold transportation solutions.”
