TAC Foundation Scholarship Application: What You Need to Submit
To complete your scholarship application, please ensure you follow these steps:
Step 1: Complete the Scholarship Application Form
- Every applicant must fill out and submit the Scholarship Application Form regardless of their academic level.
Step 2: Submit the Required Reference Forms
Depending on your academic status, the following reference forms are required. Have your reference fill out and submit the appropriate form.
For CEGEP/College or Undergraduate Applicants:
- Mandatory: General Reference Form
- Optional: Employer Reference Form
For Graduate Applicants:
- Mandatory: Academic Reference Form
- Optional: Employer Reference Form
Important Notes:
- All mandatory forms must be submitted to ensure your application is complete.
- Be sure to submit all forms before the deadline to avoid delays in processing your application.
