Are you a student enrolled in a university or college / CEGEP program related to, and looking to pursue, a career in transportation?
Let the TAC Foundation put your application for a paid summer internship position in front of some of Canada’s top transportation employers!
Eligibility
Applicants must be:
- Legally allowed to work in Canada.
- Enrolled at a post-secondary institution (university or college) in an academic program related to, and hope to pursue a career in, the planning, design, construction, operations, maintenance and program management of road and highway infrastructure and urban transportation. This includes, but isn’t limited to, civil and transportation engineering.
To Apply
Applications are open from January 5 through March 31 annually. An updated resume and a cover letter are needed to apply.

Applications are forwarded to the participating companies for review every two (2) weeks. Leading candidates may be contacted by the participating companies before the application period closes

Application period closes
- May to August
Successful candidates complete their internship at the participating companies
The TAC Foundation also offers students the opportunity to apply for scholarships valuing between $2500 and $6000.
