Chief Engineers Panel
The Chief Engineers Panel facilitates communication, coordination, and collaboration across TAC’s entire volunteer structure. It identifies emerging and priority issues, encourages TAC’s councils to work together on initiatives of shared concern, and approves national technical guidelines for publication by TAC.
Getting Involved
The Panel’s voting members are the Chief Engineers appointed by TAC’s federal, provincial, territorial and 10 municipal government member organizations. Non-voting members include the chair of each TAC council, task force, and national committee reporting to the Board of Directors, as well as invited representatives from other selected organizations.
The Panel meets during TAC’s Spring and Fall Technical Meetings. Employees of TAC member organizations and individual TAC members may attend; others may attend if invited by the Chair.
