Greetings of the season to all of you from all of us on the TAC staff!
With another year drawing to a close, it’s tradition to reflect on what we achieved together. Some highlights in 2024 were the unveiling of TAC’s redeveloped website, our first-ever online symposium on equity in transportation, and the stellar conference and exhibition that was held in Vancouver. As well, work continued apace with projects, publications, webinars, and meetings – all thanks to dedicated TAC members, volunteers and staff. It was a busy year, and we’re grateful for your contributions to it.
We’re looking forward to another productive year in 2025. The TAC network will continue to work together, sharing information, building knowledge and making progress on transportation issues. Some exciting milestones will be the addition of geometric design training courses to our growing learning program and an online open house for students about careers in transportation. And of course, we’ll meet again for another edition of TAC’s conference and exhibition – this time in beautiful Quebec City in October. The year ahead is full of promise!
The TAC office will close at noon on December 24th and will reopen on January 2, 2025. We hope you also have time to enjoy the holiday season. May the new year bring peace, health, and happiness to us all.
