Donor Program
The TAC Foundation’s activities are primarily funded by commitments from donor organizations and individuals.
Donors at the Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze levels are recognized at the annual TAC Conference & Exhibition, on the TAC Foundation website and in other opportunities that may arise unless the TAC Foundation is instructed otherwise. Donors with Named Scholarships* also receive added recognition in specific TAC Foundation scholarship promotions and listings.
Platinum Donors
have commitments totalling $50,000 or more, i.e.:
- A donation or bequest to the Foundation’s Endowment Fund of $50,000 or more
- A scholarship or program commitment of $10,000 or more per year, for a minimum of five years, entitling the donor to a Named Scholarship*
Gold Donors
have commitments totalling $25,000 or more, i.e.:
- A donation or bequest to the Foundation’s Endowment Fund of $25,000 or more
- A scholarship or program commitment of $5,000 per year for five years, entitling the donor to a Named Scholarship*
Silver Donors
have commitments totalling $15,000 or more, i.e.:
- A donation or bequest to the Foundation’s Endowment Fund of $15,000 or more
- A scholarship or program commitment of $5,000 for three years or $3,000 per year for five years
Bronze Donors
have commitments totalling $1,000 to $14,999.
*Named Scholarships: Donors may name a university scholarship for an individual, company, association or other group if their commitment is $5,000 per year. Donors supporting College/CEGEP scholarships may name a scholarship if their commitment is $2,500 per year. All donors supporting named scholarships are advised that a 10% administrative fee is added to the award amount to support scholarship program costs.
