IMPORTANT: TAC organizers will never call you to book your hotel accommodations. The ONLY trusted method to book your room is listed below.
To receive the special conference rates:

Rates do not include taxes and fees and are guaranteed until the date listed below, unless the block has filled up. After the group rates end, rates are subject to the hotel’s availability. We recommend you book early at your preferred hotel, as we have a limited amount of rooms at each hotel.
Hotel Reservation Policy
All reservations are subject to a one-night deposit, which is non-refundable 60 days prior to arrival. Exceptions may apply; please ensure you read the hotel’s fine print when booking. TAC is not responsible for any disputes.
Multiple Reservations
If you are reserving more than one room, you must provide the hotel with the name of the person staying in each reserved room. The same name can not be used to make more than one reservation. Duplicates will be cancelled.
Why book at one of these hotels?
TAC has entered into contracts to benefit conference delegates and obtain lower guaranteed rates close to the conference venue. If TAC doesn’t meet the contract minimums, it incurs financial penalties, which will impact future conference registration fees.
